WEBFLYZ B.C. custom hand tied flies uses only the most durable products to ensure you, the angler is able to use that fly to the best of its ability and for as many times as possible.
If you are not satisfied in any way, please return the item(s) for a full refund, exchange, or credit—whichever you prefer within ten (10) days of recieving the flies. Please return with information stating your preference. Also, please include your invoice number and order number (on your invoice). You must notify me within 2 days of receiving your order of any or discrepancies. If you were sent samples that were approved by you, and payment was recieved by WEBFLYZ B.C. We assume that your order is accepted by you.
Refunds for shipped items returned within 10 days of the item’s arrival date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 10 days after the item’s arrival date will be in the form of a product, (FLY) credit, redeemable with your next FLY purchase. ALL FLIES MUST BE unused and unwashed. Any items that have been worn and/or washed will not be refunded, nor will they be returned with S&H at the expense of WEBFLYZ B.C. All returned flies must have a copy of the original paypal reciept for ease of processing.

Reason for return -your paypal reciept should have this information on it as entered by the customer.
